Innovation and Entrepreneurship Council (IEC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating an inclusive and empowered society by supporting innovation, entrepreneurship, and skill development. Our mission is to inspire, educate, and support individuals and communities especially youth, women, and underserved groups to turn their ideas and potential into meaningful, self-sustaining opportunities.
We work at the grassroots level and beyond, conducting awareness programs in colleges, communities, societies, and corporate environments to spread knowledge about innovation, self-employment, government schemes, and startups ecosystem support. Our focus is not only on creating entrepreneurs but also on empowering individuals with the skills and confidence to shape their own future.
IEC actively collaborates with educational institutions, government bodies, corporates, and ecosystem enablers to organize workshops, startup events, hackathons, innovation challenges, bootcamps, funding connect sessions, and research-driven initiatives. We also strive to promote awareness and action around climate change, digital literacy, rural innovation, women’s empowerment, and inclusive growth through the lens of entrepreneurship.
At IEC, we believe that entrepreneurship is a powerful tool for social transformation, and we are committed to building a future where innovation fuels progress and opportunity is accessible to all.
